Security is taken seriously inside our Condos. In addition to our well-known local partner Graber Security Services, we have a permanent guard tour patrol system, armored watchtowers, Closed Circuit Security Cameras (CCTV),controlled-access entrances for vehicles and people, either visitors or staff, full-height turnstiles and trained dogs for evening monitoring. We are very proud to say that in 18 years of full activity, inside our condos,none of our clients has suffered not a single occurrence of any offence.

Medcon - Condos Medical Care is a supply of medical services on a Care Clinic basis, including Occupational Safety and Health. We are always seeking the best care assistance to all people inside our Condos. There is also an ambulance to attend everyone in need, including an automated external defibrillator, with ECG display and a two-portable-oxygen-device usage.

TI & Telecom

With the most qualified staff and highest-level technical equipment, BBP Group has a private and own IT and Telecom Infrastructure Team. BBP offers dedicated Internet links, Telephone Systems, Data Center and a diversified range of Technological Services to meet all customers’ requirements.

Private Charter Service
